What this product is

Snapfie is a pilot / MVP tool for optical retailers and shoppers: photograph or publish a frame display, try selected frames on a face photo, and share a shortlist. It is a convenience aid on the shop floor—not a medical device, not a prescription tool, and not a substitute for a qualified optician, optometrist, or ophthalmologist.

AI-assisted results

Frame detection and try-on imagery are produced with artificial intelligence and related software, then reviewed and maintained with human assistance. Previews are approximate visualizations. Fit, size, color, stock, price, and availability must be confirmed with the store. Do not rely on try-on images for clinical, insurance, or manufacturing decisions.

Consent for photos

Only use face photos of people who have agreed to try-on. Do not upload photos of children for try-on. Store owners are responsible for how they use the product with customers in their premises.

We do not warrant that detections, try-on images, labels, prices, or other outputs are complete, correct, or suitable for any professional or clinical use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeServeAI and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, sales, income, or opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Snapfie—even if advised that such damages were possible. Your sole remedy is to stop using the product.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
